Originally from New York City, Neill moved to San Antonio in 1996 to open O’Neill’s Irish House, and quickly saw a need for expanded catering services in Texas.

Chef Joe brings a many years of industry experience to signature. Working under Michelin star Chef Brendan Collins in his time at Falcon, learning award winning techniques and flavors.
As Executive Chef for Ocean Hotel, a small Luxury Boutique Hotel on the bluffs of Santa Monica overlooking the Pacific. There he made a name through his Mediterranean/California inspired cuisine.
